Phase II of the National Drug Prescription plan my be rolled out ahead of schedule due to the success of Phase I, with enough private pharmacies on board to make the plan successful.
Algernon Cargill, Director of the National Insurance Board (NIB) shared details and the progress of the National Prescription Dug Plan with members of the Rotary Club of Nassau.
"We're in the first phase of the plan and we hope to move to phase two sometime next year. I think we'll be ready earlier than we projected for phase two because phase one is really going very well," said Cargill.
