Success through stillness

It really is amazing how life works when you have spiritual knowledge of exactly what is happening. As all of my regular readers will be well aware of, one of my favorite sayings is that everything is in divine order, and indeed it is. As a perfect example of this concept in action, I was just flipping through the T.V. channels on my television the other evening and as I came to Fox TV, Bill O'Reilly was interviewing Russell Simmons who has written a New York Times bestseller titled "Success Through Stillness: Meditation Made Easy" with Chris Morrow. Russell was talking about the vital importance of having young children meditate first thing each morning, and he told Bill O'Reilly on the program that he has his two children do this every morning without fail and that it is assisting them greatly as they continue to succeed at everything that they're doing. It goes without saying, that I recommend Russell Simmons's book, which is available through Amazon.com, as a Kindle or hard copy edition.
I'd also strongly advise all parents to get their children to meditate each and every morning as a means of assisting them to crystalize their thinking and thus fully harness their intellectual abilities whilst also developing a very peaceful demeanor, which will be most beneficial to them, not only in their young, formative years, but will last them a lifetime assisting them greatly with literally every aspect of their life. I personally have been meditating for years and I know that it has been extremely beneficial to me, particularly during difficult, stressful times when problems are encountered. Yes indeed, we can all do much better when we learn to be successful through stillness, as Russell Simmons's book advocates.
Now some religious zealots may offer some severe opposition to meditation as they think that it's a religious practice which they do not wish to participate in. But Russell Simmons stated quite clearly on T.V. with Bill O'Reilly, what he's teaching in his book does not have a religious content, it is merely the art of being still for periods of time, which is most beneficial to all who practice it.
When I meditate I do meditate on the God within, but that's my personal choice. Meditation in and of itself is quite definitely not a religious practice but just a very effective method of stilling the mind and being totally quiet for a period of time, which is most beneficial to all who practice it. So why not get your copy of Russell Simmons's bestseller "Success Through Stillness: Meditation Made Easy" and thus commence a brand new phase of your life.
