Chloe Campbell scores a top 12 finish at Miss Teen Universe pageant

Chloe Campbell, the Bahamian representative to the recent Miss Teen Universe pageant, held her own among the contestants, singing her way to the best talent title and a top 12 showing.
Campbell, who competed in her first international pageant at the Ruben Dario National Theater in Nicaragua, was the youngest contestant at 14 years old.
United States representative Vivianie Diaz Arroyo, 15, walked away with the Miss Teen Universe 2014 title. Mattea Henderson of Canada was first runner-up; Judith One Kgwadi of Botswana was second runner-up; Ingrid Suarez Valenzuela of Panama was third runner-up, and Marcela Chamorro of Nicaragua was fourth runner-up.
Campbell, who sang her way to the best talent title, competed against representatives from Peru, Guatemala, Colombia, Argentina, El Salvador and Puerto Rico. Twenty-two teens from around the world competed in the event.
Vivianie Arroyo, who is of Puerto Rican origin, is 15 years old, a young model and actress. Before joining the Miss Teen Universe pageant, Vivianie, at her young age, is already considered to be a veteran in the pageant world, having won several beauty titles -- Miss Model Fashion Pre-Teen 2012, Miss Latin International U.S. Junior Teen 2013, Top Model Latin International U.S. 2013 and Miss Belleza Milenio 2013. She is the first representative from the U.S. who won the crown.
The 2015 pageant is scheduled to be held in The Bahamas.
