Reinsurer sees Bahamas-based premium growth

A reinsurance company based in Luxembourg is basing a growth in premiums to new business in The Bahamas -- with Island Heritage Insurance at the helm of that increase. For the three months ended September 30, 2010, Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings said the Bahamas arm of Island Heritage fared better in terms of premium growth than its regional counterparts.
