Seven Day Bahamas Weather Forecast from 4th- 10th April, 2013

General
situation: A deep low pressure center in the northeast Gulf of Mexico
will move north of The Bahamas on Friday. The aforementioned low
pressure will pull a pre-frontal trough across the Northwest Bahamas
Friday afternoon and a cold front through the Northwest Bahamas Friday
night. The above mention frontal boundary is to reach the central
bahamas by mid morning Saturday, and the Southern Bahamas evening. A
ridge of high pressure will settle across the northern islands in the
wake of the front and gradually strengthen. The potential exist for
strong to severe thunderstorms to affect the Northwest Bahamas friday
through mid morning Saturday. These storms are likely to produce strong
gusty winds, heavy downpours and a slight chance of tornadic activity.
