Airline places US expansion plans on hold

A Bahamian-owned airline is putting plans to begin flights to and from the US on hold for three months "to see how we survive October and November", its head telling Tribune Business that private operators were being squeezed on all sides be a combination of fee increases and Bahamasair selling cut-price tickets.
