Take Notice that the Petitioner Derrick Anthony Johnson has commenced Divorce Proceedings in this Action against you Sheron Elaine Baines Johnson in the Family Division of The Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas on the grounds set out in this Petition filed the Registry of the Supreme Court.

And Take Further Notice that by leave of the Court granted on the 15th day of December, A.D., 2011 service of the said Petition is to be effected on you by advertising the same herein.  If you desire to defend the proceedings in the Supreme Court by filing a Memorandum of Appearance in these proceedings in the said Registry of the Supreme Court, British American Building, George Street, Nassau, N.P., Bahamas, within Eight (8) days of the publication of this Notice of Petition and to file an Answer in these proceedings in the said Registry of the Supreme Court, within Fourteen (14) days thereafter, and immediately after filing the said documents, you must deliver sealed copies of them to Nicholas John Zervos & Co., Attorneys for the Petitioner, Chambers, No.2 J & L Building, Shirley Street Plaza, Shirley Street, Nassau, N.P., Bahamas.

And Take Further Notice that should you Sheron Elaine Baines Johnson fail to enter an Appearance and or file an Answer as aforesaid such Order may be made at the hearing of the Petition as the Court deems just.
