George "Appo" Raymond, 82 yrs., a resident of Charles Vincent Street, died at PMH on 1 May, 2012.

He is survived by his chidren: Sandra Davis, Leona Dean, Geleta & Emily Davis, Natasha Bain & Martin Davis; 1 brother: Lukin Calex; nephews: Phlome Elcen, Evette Jean & Philome.Funeral service for George "Appo" Raymond, 82 yrs., a resident of Charles Vincent Street, who died on 1st May, 2012, will be held at New Riverside Church of God, Poinciana Drive, on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Sylvanus Petty. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving children, 5 daughters: Emily, Leona, Sandra, Geleta Raymond & Natasha Bain; 1 son: Martin Raymond; 2 brothers: Lukan & Abrior Calix of Jacksonville, Florida; 18 grandchildren: Monique Raymond-Thompson, George Raymond III, Vanessa Clarke, Andrew & Nicola Russell, Amanda Bullard, Desmond Dean, Vance Wallace, Tino Isreal & Brian Rolle, Mary Kemp, Olrick Farrington, Michael McIntosh, Lavern Williams & Barron Davis; 22 gerat grand children: Janeisha Bain, Antaniqua Thompson, Cordell, Alicia & Andrewinique Russell, Makia & Emanuel Ford, Rantasia, Fidel & Chadai Clarke, Lalphenso Petty, Kadeisha McKinney, Gulfanique & Desmonique Dean, Olricka Farrington, Jalia Gaitor, Devaughn & Vaughn Pinder, David & Dweisha Rolle & Julia & Kavonya Smith; 1 great great grandchild: Kevin Bain Jr.; 6 nephews: Philome Elcen, Elias, Daniel & Xavier Calix & Thomas Elcen; 2 nieces: Arnetta Calix & Eyvette Jean Philome; 3 sons-in-law: Starfford Knowles, Cecil Bain & Ramulus Gale; 2 grandsons-in-law: Anthony Thompson & Randolph Clarke; 1 great grandson-in-law: Kevin Bain Sr.; 1 daughter-in-law: Linda Tucker; 1 sister-in-law: Louise Taylor; 1 brother-in-law: Paul Taylor Sr.; close relatives & friends including: Alfred, Albert & Phil Taylor, Inspector Eugene Strachan, Paul Taylor Jr., Mrs. Marilyn Olunn, Mrs. Carolin Rigby, Mrs. Stephanie Rose, Raymond Rose, the Carey family, Mary & family, Debbie Williams & family, the Smith family, Paul Tyme & family, The Ministry of National Security, the Nurses of Male Medical I, Claude & family, Alphonso Rolle, the Charles Vincent Street, Milton, Young & Deveaux Street families, The New Riverside Church of God family, & many others too numerous to mention. 

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
