FREEPORT - Recognising that the economy here continues to be significantly challenged, State Minister for Finance Zhivargo Laing is planning to meet with residents on Grand Bahama to discuss some simple business ideas that can be pursued on this island.
He believes that there are still opportunities available out there for persons to be employed.
"I expect to be conducting some meetings in this community soon to talk to people about some business ideas that we...believe people can pursue if they organise themselves properly," Mr Laing said.
