Bahamians come 'out of their shell'

NATIONAL Training Programme participants uneveiled their shell craft at the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce yesterday, many of them lauding the initiative for opening their eyes to the trade and helping them create a business where they never before thought one existed.

Annastacia Johnson said she combined what she already knew about creating crafts, took it to the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) where trianing took place, and emerged with myriad shell products she never before concieved.
