New York, NY - Alicia Dupree carried the Bahamian Flag at the 2011 Gay Caribbean USA Pageant that took place in Brooklyn, New York. The judges scored her make-up skills the highest out of all the women competing and she won the award for best face; but it was not enough to win her the pageant crown against Miss Barbados. Miss Bahamas was an definite crowd favorite.

For the talent portion of the competition she preformed to Simply Red's classic song 'If you don't know me by now'.
