Funeral service for Evelyn McPhee, 89 yrs., a resident of Durham Street, Mt. Royal Avenue East & formerly of George Town, Exuma, who died on 28th August, 2011, will be held at The New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Blue Hill Road, on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Alfred Stewart, assisted by Minister Theophilus Claridge. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, JFK Drive.
Left to cherish her memories are her 1 son: Preston Bullard; 1 daughter: Rudie McPhee; 9 grandchildren: Paula Sherman, Odette, Shavon, Maceo & Wayne (Charmaine) Seymour, Sherrel, Presley, Pedro & Ricardo Bullard; 13 great grandchildren: Raynard, Ashton, Orrin, Mylyk, Neveah, Rubianno, Shamika, Delano, Decarlo, Chacarra & Pedro Jr.; 1 great great grandchild; host of nieces & nephews including: Willamae (Donald) Lotmore, Yvonne Bethel, Sidney McPhee, Shirley, Louise, Leroy & James McPhee, Miriam (Wendell) Bain, Doreen Strachan, George Wilkinson of New York, Virgie Tresvant of Opa Locka, Fl., Andrea Saunders, Renee Roberts, Zinabeth Sands, Melissa Ferguson, & Antoinette McPhee; 1 sister-in-law: Agnes McPhee; grand nieces & nephews: Juanita (Jerome) Roberts, Penny, Zetta, Robert & Shawn (Janice), Antwn Saunders of Bimini, Wesley Jr. & Myron Saunders of Bimini, Ricardo & Jermaine Lotmore, Lakeno, Tameko, Shenequa, Samantha, Dena, Jarvis, Shenandoah, Sherintia & Effernette; a host of other relatives & friends including: Arnold, Sidney (Moon) McPHee & family, Ethel McPhee & family, Delores Saunders of Bimini, the McPhee & Morley families of Exuma, Raymont Ferguson, Wayne Rolle, Nettie Carey, Mazel Deveaux, Dianna Pinder & family, Ianna Dawkins, Melony Bain, the Samuels family, Lillian Smith, Barbara Rolle & family, Dorothy Taylor & family, the Scantlebury family, the Durham Street family & Joy Fritzgerald.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
