Police have charged a third suspect with the home invasion murder of phone card vendor Charles Chrysotome.
James Mombranche, 18, of Winder's Terrace, did not have to enter a plea to the murder charge when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez yesterday.
Mombranche joins Ricardo Brown, 23, of Gilbert Street, and Rodney Johnson, 19, of Garden Hills, on remand for the February 26, 2011 incident.
Prosecutors intend to fast-track the case to the Supreme Court by eliminating the preliminary inquiry in the magistrate's court.
