MY PREDICTIONS were accurate, I said the winner would be Scotty McCreey or Lauren Alaina. Scotty conquered all and was named the American Idol 2011 winner, I was still rooting for Lauren but everyone knows the real winner never really gets the title. Look at Jennifer Hudson and Daughtry, they are both award winning stars that got noticed on American Idol, so keep your head up Lauren!

At the beginning of the show we got to see all of the season's contestant come back to perform as a group, they all were dressed up in white and sang Lady Gaga's "Born This Way." We got to see James Durbin perform with Judas Priest. James always brings a lot of energy to the idol stage.
