After 20 years on the street, Andre Chappelle is helping others

It was Christmas morning in 2009 that changed Andre Chappelle’s life. The friendly caucasian homeless man who walked the Oakes Field area for almost 12 years says that what happened to him on that fateful morning was the final push he needed to finally straighten his desolate and wayward life.
