It is with regret that the Chamber (BCCEC) reports the passing of Mr. A. Bismark Coakley passed away yesterday. Mr. Coakley served as President of the BCCEC from 1999-2001.

You will recall that Mr. Coakley was honored in 2013 by the BCCEC for his service to the organization as a former President.

We will issue a formal release with official condolences tomorrow. Our sympathies go out to his family.
