Let me commence here today by asking you a question. Do you seem to come in contact with some people throughout the day who regularly annoy you as they talk about matters that are not really important, from your perspective? Well I'm quite sure that with many the answer will indeed be in the affirmative to that question as there are an awful lot of severely negative people who are always ready to rain on your parade so to speak, as they try to destroy your hopes of achieving your lofty goals.

Now some of these negative people can indeed tend to get on our nerves from time to time actually causing us to lose our cool. Now this is obviously not good for us at all as we should always, whenever and wherever possible, do as the title of this article so correctly states we should, and that is to stay in peace. But that's just about impossible to do these days with so many really annoying and belligerent people all over the place, you may say.

Well my friend, firstly nothing is impossible and secondly, you have to train yourself to be able to stay in peace all day long. But how exactly do we do this D. Paul many will no doubt query. Well firstly, it's most important for you to meditate religiously at least twice daily, once in the morning upon awakening and again in the evening just before retiring. This will establish within you a very peaceful consciousness that will be most beneficial throughout the day and night, believe me.

Of course, in order for you to stay in peace you need to choose your friends very carefully making absolutely sure that they're on the same mental wavelength as you are. Next you need to be constantly monitoring your thoughts so that if you do per chance start to get a bit agitated about something or someone, you immediately dismiss the negative feeling and restore a state of peace within your being.

Finally, as previously stated, if per chance you have some people in your inner circle who are regularly saying and/or doing stupid things which are inclined to ruffle your feathers, so to speak, well then, click "un-friend" and find someone new to replace them who will indeed assist you to stay in peace.
