Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC), local producer of Coca-Cola, has always strived to be ever present in the community through donations, and participation. This year is no different as CBC announces its sponsorship of the 48th Annual Long Island Regatta.

“The 48th Annual Long Island Regatta, is set to be bigger and better than ever, complete with explosive races, and the hospitality Long Islanders are famous for,” explains Mr. Burrows, Chairman & Executive Director of the Long Island Regatta Committee. “We are always thankful for corporate donations, but companies like Caribbean Bottling that have been a source of continuous support are our partners, and we could not be as successful without such committed corporate partners.”

“Regattas are fundamentally Bahamian, and as good corporate citizens we extend support to events/activities that support our Bahamian culture,” explained Cara Douglas, Marketing Manager Caribbean Bottling. “This year alone we have already assisted the St Valentine’s Regatta, Abaco Regatta, the National Family Island Regatta, and now of course the Long Island Regatta.”

In addition to the annual regatta CBC has also supported the Long Island Association with their annual fair, and the Long Island branch of the Cancer Society. Remaining active and involved in communities around the Bahamas is essential to Caribbean Bottling.
