Dear Editor,

The government has shown that if given several million taxpayer dollars and six months, it can throw a grand three-day party for the merry hedonists among us.

Unfortunately however, it seems that after three years in office and multiple millions of dollars at its fingertips, that same government is unable to reduce murders by even 10 percent.
