After a one-month break for the Christmas season, Fantastic Fridays, the single most anticipated once-a-month social happy hour event is back on the calendar Visage, one of the hottest bands in the country will rock the house in the Bullion Bar at the Hilton, making that the place to head to after work today.

Visage and a deejay will play a variety of music ranging from soca to Bahamian and old school during the happy hour event to which doors open at 5 p.m. with the band performing until 10 p.m. The event is sponsored by Star 106.5FM, Visage and the British Colonial Hilton Hotel is back on the calendar.

Star 106.5FM Programming Director Tony Williams said Fantastic Fridays is a party for anyone who wants to have a good time and hang out. Patrons can sit out on the lawn and have a good time, or shake a leg, because the music is really just that sweet.

After handing out a number of fantastic prizes during the Halloween event, Williams said organizers will be looking to up the ante at Fantastic Friday events this year with more giveaways for patrons and getting them more involved.

At today's kick-off event, Fusion Carnival group will come through to showcase their costumes on offer for the Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival.

Admission is $20 and includes one drink.
