Seniors honoured at annual Urban Renewal Luncheon in Grand Bahama

The Freeport News: Freeport, Bahamas - Over 250 senior citizens were treated to a
Thanksgiving luncheon at the St. Jude's Anglican Church Hall yesterday,
which was hosted by the Urban Renewal Program.

The event is an annual one aimed at expressing gratitude to the
seniors in the community for their contribution to society, explained
Urban Renewal Program coordinator Tirzah Carey.

thanks to them for what they have done in leading the way for us, and
