Men arrested at mall wore ankle bracelets

Policeman says he saw Stephen Stubbs stash gun

A policeman yesterday claimed that he saw Stephen Stubbs put a .45 caliber pistol under a car in the parking lot of Club Rock Disco on West Bay Street.

Murder victim ID'd as 22-year-old woman

The woman who was shot to death on Monday afternoon during a car chase was identified yesterday by police as Morgan Elizabeth Wells, 22.
Wells was killed less than two weeks after she celebrated her birthday.
