Lunar Eclipse Starts Tonight - Dec 20

The first total lunar eclipse in two years will occur tonight, Monday, Dec. 20. If the skies remain grey and unclear tonight, there won't be much of a chance to see the lunar eclipse, which should start at about 12:30 a.m., according to Dr. Joseph Spradley, professor emeritus of physics and astronomy at Wheaton College.

Letter: What is the reason for speeding SUVs

EDITOR, The Tribune.

I join with Bruce G Raine in asking the reason for the two black SUVs travelling at break neck speed, chasing everybody off the road twice a day every day.

In the mornings they speed down Prince Charles Drive on to Fox Hill Road, to Bernard Road, Village Road and Shirley Street. And then in the evenings it is up East Bay Street on to the Eastern Road.

Man admits putting 4 million cocaine in family's yard

A 34-year-old fisherman yesterday took responsibility for 424 pounds of cocaine that police found on a property that did not belong to him.
