Members of the Bahamas Communications and Public Officers Union (BCPOU) and the Bahamas Communications and Public Managers Union (BCPMU) have until March 15 to accept a voluntary separation package (VSEP) from the Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) which appears to guarantee that employees with seven to 10 years of service will get at least a year's pay as incentive, among other inducements.
