A judge Tuesday freed murder accused Kenton Dion Knowles on $50,000 bail, despite concern from a prosecutor that he is a flight risk and should remain in custody. Knowles, who is better known by the street name "Emperor", was arrested for the murder of his nephew, Kendal Knowles, on July 3.
