Woman shot in back during armed robbery

A 21-year-old woman was shot in the back early Saturday morning during an armed robbery in which her car was allegedly stolen. It was one of seven armed robberies that police reported over the weekend.

Police press liaison officer Sergeant Chrislyn Skippings said the robbery took place around 3:46 a.m. on Saturday in Nassau Village.
