Out-of-control car wedged between tree and wall

A morning commuter narrowly escaped serious injury yesterday after his out-of-control vehicle ended up wedged between a tree and a wall during rush hour.

According to a witness on the scene, the driver - who has not been identified - had to climb out through the sunroof of the silver Land Rover Discovery after he allegedly lost control of his car when he drove into a patch of water.
