Regency Pageant representatives earn second runner-up finishes in Las Vegas
Sade Francis and Aysha-Cassidi Lockhart secured second runner-up spots in their respective divisions at the recent Regency International Pageant, according to Little and Junior Miss Regency Bahamas official Tyrhonda Knowles.
