Two students of The College of The Bahamas have been charged with the kidnapping and armed robbery of another student.
Ravon Dwight Major, 19, of Soldier Road, and Sebastian Cartwright, 18, of Southern Comfort, Marshall Road, appeared before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez accused of the kidnapping of Okoye Cooper from the college's campus on February 9.

Lawyer offers free service to challenge car license increase
The Road Traffic Department may face legal action over its increased car licensing fees, with attorney Wayne Munroe prepared to offer free legal services to those who feel overcharged by the new policy.
The new fees come into effect today and are based on the manufacturer's curb weight of a vehicle, and will not be weighed at the inspection site.
