COB students charged with kidnapping

Lawyer offers free service to challenge car license increase

The Road Traffic Department may face legal action over its increased car licensing fees, with attorney Wayne Munroe prepared to offer free legal services to those who feel overcharged by the new policy.

The new fees come into effect today and are based on the manufacturer's curb weight of a vehicle, and will not be weighed at the inspection site.
