NASSAU, Bahamas -- Pursuant to section 28 of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act, the Comptroller must establish and maintain a register which is open to the public of all VAT Registrants.
The list of businesses that have completed the registration process and have been issued tax identification numbers (TINs) as of January 1st is now available on the government's website: www.bahamas.gov.bs/VAT.
