?In addition to it being a great spectator event, we will add a competitive element and boaters will be eligible to win awards for best music, best d?cor and so on,? Johnson said, ?we want it to be lots of fun for everyone.? In years to come, organizers feel the Festival of Lights will grow to rival Junkanoo in float designs, festive music and numbers of spectators.
