-----------------------------
Mogano by Giorgio Locatelli was built on the belief that simple is good. From architecture and design, to food and service, simple is our focus. Since the beginning we've treated MH as a big recipe, with the idea that if you source the greatest ingredients possible and prepare them with knowledge and care, you will create something special. Mahogany House BrunchWhether the sustainably harvested machiche wood from Brazil or a Woodstone Oven from Belingham, natural chicken from Tennessee or an epic Burgundy from France, we will not settle on an ingredient that does not meet our standards. Our challenge is to mix all of those ingredients together to make something inviting. The key is to keep things simple. We hope we've created a space that belongs, one with a sense of place and that feels real. Somewhere that you can grab either a pizza & beer in flip flops or a classic Bordeaux in Brioni. We want you to feel comfortable, like this is another home.

Our menu is inspired by the great food regions of the Mediterranean, where food is deeply embedded in the culture. The focus is on cured meat, artisan cheeses, vegetables, fish, olive oil and natural meats. We support local whenever possible and grow many of our ingredients at our farm.
The wine list is also rooted in Europe, where wine is a part of everyday life. Burgundy, Bordeaux, Catalunya, Tuscany, Sicily: these are regions that bring to mind both certain styles and flavors. We also bring in wine from those magical vineyards that express who they are through gifted winemakers, those who believe that to make great wine you must start by growing great fruit."
