Pedal Journey Comes Up Short

ALICE TOWN -- A South Florida man nearly achieved a goal of pedalling from Bimini to South Florida. As a matter of fact, If not for a violent thunderstorm, Bill Boes of Stuart, Florida, probably would have completed a record-setting journey to pedal a 12-foot boat across the Florida Straits.
