Pedestrians need greater safety

Being a pedestrian in New Providence is not easy. Many lose their lives each year navigating our streets.

Teams position themselves at Fr. Marcian Peters tourney

The field at the 28th Annual Fr. Marcian Peters Basketball Tournament has narrowed down, as the top teams position themselves to capture the divisional awards. Only three senior girls' teams were standing at the end of Day Five. There are six remaining squads in the junior girls' division, with one on the brink of elimination.

The opening day of the 28th Annual Fr. Marcian Peters Basketball Tournament featured 10 of the 16 teams competing for the title in the primary school boys' division.
