Father shot dead in robbery

The body of a 44-year-old father of three slumped across the steering wheel of a government vehicle after he was shot and killed during a robbery on a busy thoroughfare yesterday morning.
The victim, who was identified by family members as Dwayne Randol Cartwright, was killed on Tonique Williams Darling Highway around 11:40 a.m.
It pushed the murder count for the year to 46.
