A Lemon That Can Be Eaten Like an Apple

It looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck -- so it must be a duck? So, if it looks like a lemon, then it must be . . . a lemon?

That's true, unless it's a Meyer lemon a fruit that will turn your thoughts of what a lemon is completely topsy turvy. If memory serves me correctly, I first heard of Meyer Lemons about three years ago.
