2,000 operating fee in tough times

The Bahamas Pharmacy Council's $2,000 operating fee is quite interesting.
A local pharmacist has informed The Freeport News that she pays a registration fee to the government and an operating fee to the Grand Bahama Port Authority. Then, there is this $2,000 operating fee requested by the Council. She didn't pay. She said it was "not possible" for her to pay.
