DSW English Training Services will provide tutoring in the areas of General English as a Second Language (ESL), and English for Specific Purposes to private clients whose first language is not English. This business is unique in that it will be technology driven whereby lessons will be facilitated by the instructor in a variety of ways either privately in-person, in-company, or online lessons. Lessons will also be customized to the clients' needs based on ESL Pre-Assessment Tests. Clients will be able to utilize any device (iPad, tablet, computer, or smartphone) to access lessons for review and complete assigned homework.

The primary goal will be to ensure that the clients' needs are met full English fluency and fully prepared to take required exams. This style of tutoring is beneficial to both client and instructor as it provides for flexibility to work from home or at the clients, flexible tutoring hours, in some instances no need for commuting and both client and tutor will be able to keep up to date with technology and new learning styles. All sessions will be student-centred, allowing clients to receive personalized one-to-one attention.
