To educate each man, woman, and child about the preservation of the environment as they become future caretakers of the eco-system, and to pass their knowledge on to the next generation. To develop interactive programs that would engage the youth and general public to focus on a lifetime of environmental conservation. To encourage environmental projects that would benefit both residents and visitors.?
