Bahamas National Feeding Network

For years, soup kitchens, churches, The Salvation Army, Great Commission Ministries and others throughout The Bahamas have done their best, reaching deep into hearts and pockets to feed victims of hunger. They've fed and nurtured the forgotten, abused, the downtrodden of The Bahamas.
In 2012, a group of persons, inspired by Ambassador Frank Crothers, began meeting to try to find a better way to unite the efforts of those groups and the idea of the Bahamas National Feeding Network was born.
Launched in December 2013, the Feeding Network is working daily to unite those independent efforts. In the first 12 months, the Network donated $70,000 in food coupons to more than 40 churches and feeding organisations. Volunteers shared contacts and information, agreeing to help each other, bringing new efficiencies to feeding programs.
Our food distribution centre at Moseff House, Fox Hill Road is closed for the next two weeks in accordance with the emergency orders given by the Government.
We will provide updates of our reopening in due course. Keep safe!!
