Rand's new accident and emergency department, operating suites officially opened
After more than one year under construction, upgrades to the Rand Memorial Hospital were unveiled Wednesday.
The new $12 million, 16,720-square-foot facility includes a fully equipped, state-of-the-art Accident and Emergency (A&E) Urgent Care Center, two major operating theaters, a minor operating theater, an endoscopy room and a central sterile supplies department.
