Man sentenced to 12 years for killing friend

A man who claimed he killed a friend while trying to frighten him with a gun has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Kevin Hart was tried for the January 11, 2003 murder of Kendal Braynen last year.
A jury acquitted him of murder and found him guilty of the less serious charge of manslaughter in September 2010.
Hart told the court that he intended to frighten Braynen when he sneaked up on him. ...
