T.S. Hanna bears down on Turks and Caicos

Tropical Storm Hanna moved toward the Turks and Caicos Islands Sunday with winds of almost 60 mph.

A tropical storm warning was in effect for the islands, where Hanna's outer rain bands were beginning to be felt, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said. A tropical storm watch was in effect for the southeastern Bahamas.
