Eleuthera non-profit seeking 1.5M funding for training, innovation

The One Eleuthera Foundation (OEF), a nonprofit development organization promoting Eleuthera through economic, environmental, and social development, is seeking $1.5 million in financing to launch the first major wave of a training and innovation program to improve employment opportunities for a community that "has been in a recession for 40 years".
