Due to the aging manpower in the sector, and the growth in the ship operations, the demand for well trained and disciplined sea-fares and other maritime workers has increased.
LJMMA offers Cadet Officers Training and Rating Training, We have a Full Mission ship maneuvering Simulator, Office of the watch Training Simulator, steering simulator, ECDIS simulator, GMDSS Simulator, Full Mission liquid cargo handling simulator, Full mission fire fighting simulator, marine engineering workshops and a Library.
