Foreigners in court on $100m fraud charges

Foreign fraud suspects from Japan, Indonesia and the United States accused of attempting to obtain $100 million cash by false pretences were arraigned in Magistrate's Court Monday.

But one of the four accused escaped arraignment before Magistrate Guillimina Archer in Court 10 yesterday as he complained of feeling ill and was taken to hospital for treatment.
