Marsh Harbour Airport's new international terminal officially opens
MARSH HARBOUR, Abaco - The 46,000 square foot international terminal in Marsh Harbour is complete and open for business. Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Perry G. Christie, led a delegation of cabinet ministers and officials to view the new terminal on Wednesday, May 25. He said that it was a 'major accomplishment' for the people of Abaco. International terminal at Marsh Harbour set to open
After numerous delays, the international terminal at the Marsh Harbour airport is expected to open today, the Ministry of Transport and Aviation announced yesterday.
According to a statement from Bahamas Information Services (BIS), flights will operate out of the new terminal today and an official government delegation will travel to Marsh Harbour on Wednesday.
