I want to tell Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham and his colleagues not to be discouraged by those who complain and whine while progress is being made. Some people will oppose progress and later, when they see the benefits of it, all they do is wipe their mouths and utter not a word of apology for resisting in the first place. It has always been so.
