Dear Editor,

What mystifies me is the degree to which unions overlap with government.
Which areas do unions cover which the government of the day does
not? I watch closely to see. I am impatient with and intolerant though
of redundancy. I also find problematic, the agencies which unions are,
implying, suggesting or stating outright that the elected government is
