Man, 21, charged with two murders

A 21-year-old man was charged in a magistrate’s court yesterday with the murders of Omar Rashard Hanna and Demetri Pratt, who were gunned downed in separate incidents earlier this year.
Foster Knowles, of Malcolm Allotment, is accused of killing Hanna, 23, on March 9 and Pratt, 30, of Sumner Street, Nassau Village, on April 8.
